So quick update on the knee, is not my ACL few!!! but it
seems likely that I might have tore my meniscus. Also the doctor thinks that it
could simply be a tight IT band.
I have begun some physical therapy
and have decided that I will keep my head up and be positive about the
situation. I am for now training only bars while wearing a brace.
I wont let the injury get on the way of my last competition!
