Last Competition Season!


Update on the season. Still training hard, am Crossfit workouts combined with am and pm gymnastics workouts. My routines are getting better as I go. I have decided in all of my skills

Floor: For more than I would love to compete my double pike, the hard landings are an issue and my Achilles tendon keeps bothering me. So sadly I am going to stick with a very easy routine.
            1st pass: Roundoff whip-half front layout (been training front full)
            2nd pass: Front layour punch front pike
            3rd pass: Roundoff layout full to split jump
Beam: Front tuck, series: front toss to back tuck (however it still pretty inconsistent so I am working on the super series  flying cartwheel to roundoff), Switch lip to switch half and front layout for dismount.
Bars: Keep cast handstand to  Giant half to immediate shoot over to handstand, chineese sit up, 2 giants and double pike dismount.
Vault: Yurchenko layout

So now get to work!! We are hosting our first home meet in a couple of weeks!!!
