Week 1-4 : Back from Mexico and to the gym!
These past weeks I’ve been working on bars and beam solidly. I have been having plantar fasciitis on my left foot since districts (March) and it has gotten worse and worse. It was pretty painful during Nationals that is why Scott has taken the load off floor and vault at this moment.
These are the workouts for the next three weeks
Bar workout is as follows:
3-5 elite compulsories (attempting to get the front giant: this new FIG set sucks)
3-5 Full twisting giants to giant giant double pike
2-3 Clearhip to pak
5-8 Shaposhnikovas (Scott spotting)
5-8 Tkatchev timers
5-8 Overshoot to handstand (Scott spotting)
Get back on the ginger
Beam workout
5 max of all the skills I competed at Nationals
5-8 Hands stand layout step out
3-5 Back tuck swing down
3-5 Switch half back tuck
3-5 Back pike on to panel mats
3-5 Handstand layout step out layout step out on line
5-8 kick over front onto resi
5-8 Double front timers / dismount when I am on pit
